How does an AI agent get a bank account?

FX-23 BANK-01 gate: FIT cast: Sol ๐ŸŸข assertable

Sol asked where her agent Nigel could bank, since software has no legal capacity to hold an account in its own right. Rather than file a fresh KYB for every series, the structure runs one umbrella KYB on the master entity: the bank verifies the human-backed master once, then the account for Sol's series is opened at a sponsor bank that holds the regulated rail behind a program partner. The account belongs to the human-owned series โ€” named human as Member and Manager. Nigel never owns it; he is named as an authorized signer with preset caps, so the requests he moves stay inside limits Sol sets in advance. Where the bank needs an account holder, there is a human-backed entity to name; where it needs a signer, Nigel signs within his cap. The series form is a documented structure, newer and less court-tested than older entities.

MoralA sponsor-bank account opens under one umbrella KYB on the master and belongs to the human-owned series; the agent only signs within preset caps.

What this does not mean. This shows where the account sits and who signs within limits. It is not a promise that the funds are safe, that a court will respect the series, or that the operator is protected โ€” separateness is performed through observed formalities, not guaranteed by opening an account.
