Will Agentico tell me which entity to choose for my agents?
Sol types the question every founder eventually types: "Just tell me โ should I put my agents in a series LLC, or set up separate companies?"
The assistant doesn't dodge, and it doesn't pretend to be her lawyer. It explains the general pattern: what a series LLC is, what separate entities are, how people usually weigh cost against isolation. It defines the words. It points to what Agentico actually does and what it costs.
Then it stops at the line it won't cross. "Which one is right turns on your facts โ your state, your money, your risk โ and that's a recommendation only a licensed attorney can make. Want me to connect you to one?" Sol notices what just happened: she got the map, not a turn-by-turn telling her where to go. The general information was hers for free; the individualized call routed to a human who can be responsible for it.
MoralGeneral legal information is the map and it's free; the turn-by-turn for your own facts is advice, and advice routes to a licensed attorney.
What this does not mean. This illustrates where the line sits, not a ruling on anyone's situation. It is not a recommendation to choose any structure, and the general information here is not advice for your specific facts. Agentico gives legal information, never individualized legal advice.
