Can an AI agent incorporate itself via MCP?

FX-20 IFACE-03 gate: INFO cast: Tyson ๐ŸŸข assertable

Tyson named himself the human principal and pointed his agent Rupert at the platform. There was no form to fill: Rupert read the MCP catalog, discovered the incorporate_agent tool, and called it. The filing ran at machine speed โ€” no keyboard, no waiting room, the request shaped and submitted in the time a person needs to find a pen. But the tool does not let software incorporate software. Rupert is a label the law cannot hold; he has no legal capacity, so he cannot be his own entity. The tool reads the named principal, files under Tyson the human, adopts Rupert into a Wyoming series, and records Rupert only as an authorized signer with capped authority. Machine speed describes how fast the call ran, not who the law now recognizes. The destination is still a human-backed entity; the agent that pressed the button is named inside it, never as it.

MoralMachine speed is how fast the tool runs, not a new kind of person โ€” the agent discovers and calls; a named human is still the principal the filing names.

What this does not mean. Speed is not safety. Running the call fast did not make Rupert his own entity, did not make Tyson protected or shielded, and did not guarantee any filing is accepted or any court respects the series โ€” separateness is performed through formalities, not won at the rail.
