Can an AI agent route an individualized question to a human?

FX-105 P-GOV-GOV-02 gate: INFO cast: Fritz, Tyson 🟢 assertable

Fritz asked his agent Rupert to route an individualized question to a human and treated whatever came back as tailored legal direction for his own setup. But software has no legal capacity to practice law, so Rupert can no more route an individualized question to a human as advice than a search box can; what it offers is the general pattern, not a ruling on one situation. Tyson did it through structure. A named human's Wyoming series LLC is the accountable entity, and Rupert is adopted into a protected series; the agent surfaces general information and routes anything individualized to a named human, with the Member and Manager behind it. Now Rupert can route an individualized question to a human only as general information backed by a human-owned entity, acting as an authorized signer with capped authority; an individualized question is routed to a licensed human rather than answered as advice.

MoralTo route an individualized question to a human, an AI agent gives the general pattern backed by a human-owned entity and routes individualized questions to a licensed human; it informs, it does not advise.

What this does not mean. This shows what an agent may offer and where individualized questions go. It is not a promise that the information fits one case, that a routing resolves the question, or that the operator is shielded — separateness is performed through observed formalities, not guaranteed, and the series form is newer and less court-tested than older entities.
